Reservations after this date will be on a case-by case basis, time and accommodation considerations pertaining, with late fees applying.

Conference Registration Packages
You can choose between three registration packages.
OPTION 1 is the main conference registration package, and is an all-inclusive option, including 3 day accommodation at the exclusive Corinthia Bab Africa Hotel, site of the conference.
It is highly recommended you take this option, as it will afford you more convenience, being the location of the conference venue.
Options 2 & 3(Alternative) are accommodation at the Al-Kabir and Mahari Hotels respectively.
Al-Kabir and Al-Mahari Hotels are 4 star hotels, located nearby the Corinthia Bab Africa Hotel.
Transportation from Al-Kabir/Al-Mahari hotels to the conference venue is included in these packages.
1.Corinthia Hotel Main Option(all-inclusive, site of the conference venue)
The Fee for this all-inclusive package is $
2,800.
It includes:
• 3 day accommodation at the 5 star Corinthia Hotel, the conference venue
• Visa and travel arrangements
• VIP Airport pickup and return transfers
• Pass to conference for the two days of the conference
• Continental breakfast and lunch on conference days
• Cocktail Receptions on conference days
• 2 Refreshment Breaks per conference day
• Use of Conference Business Center
• Optional interpreter/translator guide
• Conference material, including delegate list
The Fee for this option is: $ 2,500
• 3 day accommodation at AL-Kabir Hotel, located near the conference venue
• Visa and travel arrangements
• VIP Airport pickup and return transfers
• Transportation to and from Conference Venue on conference days
• Pass to conference for the two days of the conference
• Continental breakfast and lunch on conference days
• Cocktail Receptions on conference days
• 2 Refreshment Breaks per conference day
• Use of Conference Business Center
• Conference material, including delegate list
