Phoenicia Group firmly believes in the importance and role of youth in learning the values of patience, perseverance, teamwork and charity; by participation in local and national projects and events which foster a spirit of togetherness and build outstanding corporate citizens of character.
We believe that youth are our future and hope; and our volunteers and community leaders work hard to instill values of teamwork and community spirit, to mold responsible, generous adults and future leaders, and contribute to the philosophy of corporate social responsibility.
We work with local and international organizations inside and outside Libya to develop and implement initiatives aimed at the following areas:

• Drug and Smoking Prevention Campaigns
• STD Prevention Seminars and Campaigns
• Reach a Friend Program- an outreach program
