Today, Libya has the most potential for growth of any country in North Africa. Two decades of sanctions severely deteriorated Libya’s physical infrastructure but with the recent end of sanctions, the government is drawing up a massive investment plan to augment its oil production and modernize its obsolete infrastructure. In addition to the ongoing Great Man-Made River Project and railroad construction projects, several other government projects are also under development. Formerly state-run enterprises are undergoing privatization, making it an opportune time for U.S. companies to do business in Libya. Be part of this trade delegation and explore one of the most exciting emerging markets of the decade.
